We believe it's important to reinvest in the communities in which we operate and where our employees live. The ZTR Community Giving Committee organizes company-led events to contribute financially, and to commit volunteer time, to local organizations. Every employee receives four hours of paid work time to volunteer with the charity of their choice.

The ZTR Social Committee focuses on creating stimulating experiences for employees (and their family members) during, and outside of, work hours. There is at least one ZTR social event a month, often more.
