Be assured that in compliance with and as classified by both the U.S. and Canadian Government definitions, we will continue to operate and provide essential services.
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies are working diligently to balance the protection of their employees and the public, while providing the goods and services that are essential to health and life. You can count on all of us at ZTR to provide transparent and timely communications to keep you informed while we work to deliver the service and support you deserve.

For weeks, ZTR has been closely monitoring the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 disease, even prior to the World Health Organization (WHO) pandemic declaration. We want to assure you that we’re taking definitive and proactive steps to protect the safety of every member of the ZTR community, including our employees, their families, customers, partners and vendors, while maintaining the resiliency of our business. Our leadership team has prepared a number of contingencies to minimize the risk and disruption to our domestic and global business operations. These contingencies are fluid and will adapt as things change over the next few weeks and months.
While there is currently no incidence of COVID-19 cases among ZTR employees and the likelihood of contracting the virus remains low, it is difficult to predict the spread of infection. As per global and local authority instructions, we are reducing the risk of exposure and avoiding potential business interruption by:
ZTR regularly and proactively communicates with its suppliers to understand the impact of components manufactured in regions of the world affected by the virus. ZTR leadership and material planning teams are working to mitigate any supply chain or shipment disruptions that may occur now or in the future.
At this time we do not anticipate any major disruptions. We continue to monitor the situation daily. We will apply our best efforts to provide advanced notice to our customers of potential delays.
Be assured that we have the infrastructure, procedures and safeguards in place to continue delivering the highest level of service and support through our Engineering, Technical Support and Program Management teams.
The ONE i3 platform and all ZTR networks are hosted in the Cloud, or at secured, off-site data centers and are expected to continue providing reliable, uninterrupted service. In the event of a quarantine situation that disrupts physical workplace availability, crucial ZTR employees will have VPN access to all of our networks and platforms, along with the technical equipment to facilitate business-as-usual operations.
Although travel is limited, you can be confident that we have Technical Services in place to assist with any customer issues 24 hours a day.
Our Sales and Program Management team members are always available to continue to answer questions and provide progress updates on customer programs.
If you anticipate any potential business changes as a result of the coronavirus situation, please let us know. If you have product or solution needs you haven’t previously shared, consider discussing them with us now so that we may allocate or adjust our resources to better serve you.
You can count on ZTR to continue to operate with the care and attention you deserve. If we encounter any impact or obstacle that could affect the level of service we provide, we will inform you promptly.
