Summary Reports deliver an easy-to-read, formatted table that summarizes key parameters on your site over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. You can order any one report, two of them (i.e. Daily and Weekly), or all three. Summary Reports are extremely valuable for prime power or continuously running equipment where performance and/or operating to capacity is important.

This report helps you comply with NFPA110 requirements, quickly and easily. ZTR's reporting and on-line history ensures NFPA110 compliance without the paperwork hassles. The run history from load testing of your emergency power system is stored in the Web Center and reports are sent via e-mail or available online at any time.

The Data Spreadsheet Report option gives you a data file export in a tabular spreadsheet format that includes key parameters on your asset or site over a specified period. The Fault Code service option gives you the ability to view the machine fault codes remotely by logging into the Web Center. This service is valuable when you would like to start your standby system as a storm approaches, in anticipation of a power outage or when you’d like to test the system after maintenance. Set up your own scheduled exercise runs! It’s also extremely valuable for compliance with curtailment, peak shaving or capacity contracts.

The Graphical Site Interface (GSI) service is an advanced tool for viewing your site and taking action. This interface provides a graphical, easy-to-use view that is constantly updated with the latest site information. This service requires a Model 400 monitoring system and a permanent internet connection. The screens can be easily accessed on-site or remotely via the Web Center, all with Microsoft® Internet Explorer®.

The Premium Alarm Response service option puts a ZTR Coordinator as the primary contact for Web Center automated notifications. The Coordinator immediately acknowledges the alarm on the Web Center and responds to the alarm per your predefined procedure. You gain the benefit of combining the reliability of automated systems with complete coverage from our trained Coordinators, who respond to alarms until your procedures have been completed.

The On-Demand Control service option gives you the ability to control your on-site equipment by simply contacting the Operations Center with your request.
The ZTR Coordinator acts on your request, per the terms of your existing contracts. This service is valuable when you would like to start your standby system as a storm approaches, in anticipation of a power outage. It’s also extremely valuable for compliance with curtailment, peak shaving, or capacity contracts. The local utility simply makes one phone call to the Operations Center and your equipment is started or stopped per your contract requirements. |
